Join Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance! at Ironwood

In this FREE 12-week Tai Chi Program, you will learn good balance skills and good body alignment through 8 Yang-style movements. Movements are circular and flowing and may be completed standing or seated.

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based program proven to reduce falls and improve fitness! You will improve your mental and social well-being, balance and strength, and reduce stress.
